HTBLIS is the only commercially available solution that allows you to efficiently database very large amounts of next generation sequencing data.  Because the data is truly databased, it can be analyzed immediately or at a later date and shared across your organization with varying levels of security and access.
HTBLIS is compatible with all major technology providers (like Illumina, Roche, Life Tech, Sanger sequencing, and Helicos) and provides a common workspace where they can be viewed and used simultaneously.
HTBLIS is unique in it's ability to integrate high throughput sequencing data with other types of biological annotations to give simultaneous views of qualitative biological annotations like exons, regulatory features and quantitative data like digital gene expression data from next generation sequencing runs. 
HTBLIS is applicable to the needs and skill levels of all levels of your organization.  An intuitive web interface allows data viewing, access, and configuration.  A Perl API and command line interface can efficiently load and mine very large datasets of ht sequence data with respect to known biological features such as genes and regulatory features.  All data is also available via direct query of the HTBLIS Oracle(tm) database.
