Biotique Systems Launches XRAY Dedicated WebsiteRENO, NV, April 25, 2006 - Biotique Systems, Inc. today announced they have successfully launched www.orderXRAY.com The website was created to meet the growing needs of their customers ordering XRAY (Exon Array Analysis). The site is dedicated primarily for XRAY, where customers can find information on the software, easily purchase licenses online, and find forms to fax orders. XRAY will be part of Affymetrix' Exon Array Upgrade Promotional Package, where commercial companies and academic institutions can substantially save on licenses for the first year. This promotion is offered from April 28, 2006 until June 30, 2006 on www.orderXRAY.com XRAY is a program that analyzes expression data from the Affymetrix Exon Array. This software is unique among high throughput expression analysis systems in that it is implemented as a Microsoft Excel addin and is designed for use by biologists. With XRAY researchers can construct large projects through a wizard that guides the user through easy to understand steps to identify significant differential alternative splicing between levels of a biological factor (for example the factor can be disease status and the levels may be tumor and normal). XRAY can quickly normalize and analyze the approximately six million probes from hundreds of exon array CEL files.
